Education Manager

• Manage Sorority educational programs and strategic initiatives related to new and initiated member education, officer education, advisor and volunteer training, leadership development, e-learning and event programming.
• Work with subject-matter experts to design and develop relevant instructional programs and resource materials.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of education and leadership programs and services, and recommend changes.
• Support the director of education in achieving the Sorority’s educational priorities related to belonging, equity, diversity and inclusion (BEDI).

This role directly shapes the educational experiences of sorority members and volunteers, fostering leadership, belonging, and personal development within a supportive community.

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in instructional design, higher education, student affairs or related field preferred.
• Two to four years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of principles of education and instructional design; proficiency in e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360) and learning management systems.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and instructional writing skills.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and location. The hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $56,000 annually.
