Mission
What you will drive
- Manage Sorority educational programs and strategic initiatives related to new and initiated member education, officer education, advisor and volunteer training, leadership development, e-learning and event programming.
- Work with subject-matter experts to design and develop relevant instructional programs and resource materials.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of education and leadership programs and services, and recommend changes.
- Support the director of education in achieving the Sororityโs educational priorities related to belonging, equity, diversity and inclusion (BEDI).

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; masterโs degree in instructional design, higher education, student affairs or related field preferred.
- Two to four years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of principles of education and instructional design; proficiency in e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360) and learning management systems.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and instructional writing skills.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and location. The hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $56,000 annually. Gamma Phi Beta offers a full benefits package including health, life, disability, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) plan after one year, and excellent paid time off: 12 days vacation plus sick time, personal days, holidays, and two weeks additional paid time off over winter break.
