What you will drive

  • Provide pre-sales application engineering support for Early Fire Detection (EFD) thermal cameras, including product selection, code compliance, and integration guidance.
  • Enable integrator channel through training, design review, and commissioning support.
  • Serve as Tier 2/3 technical support for EFD products, troubleshooting wiring, FACP integration, and network issues.
  • Capture field feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive intelligence.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proficient in fire life safety technical support, applications engineering, or field commissioning, ideally at an FACP manufacturer or national integrator.
  • Hands-on experience commissioning fire alarm systems and troubleshooting FACP integration (SLC loops, relay logic, addressable devices, network modules).
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 72, UL 2684, 464, 864 and AHJ interpretations; NICET Level II or III in Fire Alarm Systems (Level III preferred).
  • Comfortable designing in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and/or Revit; basic IP networking literacy (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE).
