Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and develop online learning modules covering legal, investigative, analytical, and operational subject matter for the Digital Justice Hub.
  • Create course structures, learning pathways, and instructional frameworks that support adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform field-tested methodologies into engaging asynchronous learning content.
  • Develop assessments, exercises, and multimedia resources to strengthen justice actors' capacity to investigate and prosecute war crimes.

This role directly strengthens the capacity of frontline justice actors in Ukraine to investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate war crimes and crimes against humanity, ensuring meaningful access to justice for survivors and advancing accountability for mass atrocities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design, education, adult learning, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing online learning programs or e-learning content.
  • Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and content development skills; excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
