Drone Pilot and Client Support Specialist

• Provide first-line technical support to clients using drone systems and the Dhalion platform, troubleshooting queries and managing support tickets.
• Fly commercial drone inspection missions, primarily on wind turbine blades and other large assets.
• Train and mentor other pilots on systems and procedures.
• Support R&D testing of new drone hardware and software.

This role directly supports the transition to renewable energy by enabling efficient inspection and maintenance of wind turbines, reducing downtime and improving energy output.

• Certified UAV pilot (NQE qualification or equivalent) with 2+ years of commercial drone flying experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable with H&S management and Operations Manual compliance.
• Full UK or EU driving licence and right to work in UK or EU.
