Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead oversight of project activities, ensuring commitments under annual workplans are achieved or adapted with quality assurance.
  • Manage three technical pillars (RLO Engagement, Technical Assistance Mechanism, Higher Education Inclusion) and supervise respective Senior Technical Managers and cross-cutting specialists.
  • Support recruitment, capacity building, partnership development, and represent the Project Director as needed.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in International Development, Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • Significant experience in international development within inclusive market systems, higher education, or forced migration sectors in Africa.
  • Proven technical expertise in localization/RLO strengthening, social/academic inclusion of refugee and displaced persons, or design of technical assistance.
