Donor Data and Prospecting Specialist

• Maintain and manage the donor database, ensuring accurate data entry, gift processing, and reconciliation.
• Conduct prospect research and develop strategies to identify and qualify new individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
• Generate reports and analyses to optimize donor engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data, record-keeping, and audit needs.

This role directly supports fundraising efforts that enable the Center for Policing Equity to use data-driven approaches to reduce racial disparities in public safety, thereby advancing racial equity and social justice.

• Experience with donor database management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong data analysis and research skills, including wealth screening and prospect research.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of data.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security protocols (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
