Director/Associate Director of Program

As Director/Associate Director of Program, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that help marginalized children catch up on lost learning and reintegrate into formal schooling.

• Oversee program strategy, curriculum development, and teacher training to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and reporting to donors and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, schools, and community organizations.

This role directly contributes to closing the education gap for out-of-school children, enabling them to access quality learning and build a foundation for lifelong success.

• 10+ years of experience in education program management, preferably in low-resource settings.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of accelerated learning models and child-centered pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
