Director, Talent Engagement (HRBP)

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities.
• Translate business goals into practical people plans that strengthen engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
• Administer end-to-end member benefit and leave plans, ensuring full regulatory compliance, while acting as the senior escalation point for complex reward and accommodation inquiries.
• Own the new hire experience, including coordinating onboarding activities, facilitating new hire orientation, ensuring completion of required documentation and training, and partnering with leaders to support successful integration and early employee engagement.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards required.
• Deep employee relations expertise, including investigations and complex ER case management.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders with credibility, candor, discretion, and strong business acumen.
