Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the U.S. Strategic Capital Reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial close, analysis, and reporting for assigned funds and ventures.
- Oversee accounting and reporting for strategic funds and joint ventures, including new venture formation and ongoing partnership oversight for industrial and data center properties.
- Review consolidated financial statements, Net Asset Value (NAV), fair value reporting, and quarterly external reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with fund management, tax, legal, and operations on acquisitions, dispositions, and venture formation, evaluating financial and accounting implications.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential or MBA required.
- Seven to nine years of public accounting or large multinational financial reporting experience.
- Extensive experience applying U.S. GAAP and preparing financial statements.
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
