Mission
What you will drive
- Lead operational and execution strategy for stewardship and proactive development of CAF's Global Charity Database, amplifying philanthropic investment into social purpose organizations globally.
- Provide overall operational leadership for SPO audience products and services, including Friends Funds, Network partnerships, and Cause Area of Interest Funds.
- Collaborate with VP, Grant Services to align SPO work across the organization, and lead proactive SPO engagement to expand partnerships with high-impact organizations.
- Manage the Friends Fund team, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and client escalations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years experience in international social purpose organizations with focus on systems, collaboration, and client relationship management.
- At least 5 years of both systems and people leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of international philanthropy, including donor and grantmaking strategies, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM systems.
