Director, Project Management

• Lead and oversee project management execution across assigned portfolios, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, quality, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Coordinators.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Project Management and other departments (Preconstruction, Construction, FP&A, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and remove cross-functional friction.
• Maintain portfolio-level visibility into risks, contracts, schedules, financials, and compliance, and escalate issues to executive leadership.

This role directly accelerates the transition to clean energy by ensuring solar and energy storage projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality, thereby reducing carbon emissions and increasing equitable access to renewable energy for communities.

• 10+ years of project management, construction management, or renewable energy project delivery experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership or portfolio leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, CPM scheduling, job costing, and risk management.
• Working knowledge of Procore, ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct), Power BI, and Salesforce.
