Mission

What you will drive

  • Proactively manage day-to-day operational tasks including state registrations, HR filings, billing, internal communications, IT support, and scheduling.
  • Lead meetings with Partners to advance operational projects, manage HR functions (hiring, onboarding, benefits, offboarding), and maintain company policies.
  • Streamline organizational operations, manage internal systems (Gusto, Google Drive, Airtable), support contracting and billing, and organize retreats and team-building activities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years in operations, HR management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate needs, and familiarity with HR and productivity software (Gusto, Google Drive).
  • Commitment to advancing racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail.
  • Preference for experience supporting remote teams across U.S. states and using technology to enhance operational efficiency.
