Director of Talent / Recruitment Manager

The Director of Talent / Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts at the Institute for Law & AI. This role will oversee the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of law and AI. The Director of Talent / Recruitment Manager will work closely with the management team to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. They will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers. Additionally, the Director of Talent / Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with universities, research institutions, and other organizations to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, talent management, and human resources, with a strong understanding of the legal and AI industries.
