It sits at the intersection of Bitcoin, energy, operational excellence, and capital stewardship, offering a unique opportunity to shape procurement for both mining and AI data center operations. Joining means being part of a fast-growing, innovative company that is redefining how compute is produced and monetized.

About This Role

As Director of Supply Chain & Procurement, you will establish and lead CleanSpark's enterprise procurement and supply chain function as a shared service, supporting mining, AI data center, energy, technology, operations, and corporate teams. You'll design a scalable operating model, implement consistent sourcing practices, supplier governance, purchasing controls, and supply-risk management, while providing enterprise-wide spend visibility. This role is pivotal in ensuring CleanSpark's infrastructure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively, directly impacting the company's ability to scale and deliver shareholder returns.

💡 A Day in the Life

A typical day might involve meeting with business unit leaders to understand upcoming project needs, reviewing supplier performance and risk dashboards, negotiating contract terms with key vendors, and developing strategies to consolidate spend and improve efficiency. You'll also spend time mentoring your team, analyzing market trends for critical commodities, and presenting procurement insights to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.

🎯 Who CleanSpark Is Looking For

  • Proven track record of building and scaling procurement functions from the ground up, including developing policies, systems, and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and supply risk mitigation for critical infrastructure and technology categories.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to align procurement strategies with corporate goals.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and data-driven spend analytics to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
