Director of Subscription Services - Community Solar

• Lead and inspire a team of managers and analysts to deliver best-in-class subscription management and market operations services for the developer community.
• Oversee utility partnerships, subscription sizing, bank management, and project compliance across all states and utility programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure subscriber allocation meets LMI criteria and maintain a minimum 98% portfolio fill rate.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes via AI and establish best practices for KPIs related to fill rate, bank management, and compliance.

This role expands access to clean, affordable energy through community solar, breaking down barriers for underserved communities and contributing to a more inclusive and equitable renewable energy economy.

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Energy, Finance, Business, Administration, or a closely related field; Master's degree considered a plus.
• 4+ years of Community Solar experience, preferably in Subscription Management, Enrollments, Billing, Underwriting, QC, or Onboarding.
• High competency in cost- and usage-based sizing, bank optimization strategies, and strong subscription management expertise in Oregon, Virginia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, and New Mexico.
• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint required; Salesforce, data management, BI tools, and SQL proficiency a plus.
