Director of Programs

• Lead programs transitioning experienced professionals into AI safety roles as a co-founder-style executive partner.
• Own the Career Accelerator end-to-end, managing candidate strategy, 1:1 support, network introductions, and experience.
• Build and manage the Program team, hiring and developing staff to expand delivery capacity.
• Design new transition pathways using evidence-driven testing to scale effective programs and cut ineffective ones.

This role directly accelerates the pipeline of experienced professionals entering AI safety, addressing a critical bottleneck in the field and helping to ensure safe AI development.

• Experience leading programs or teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to design evidence-based programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
