Mission
What you will drive
- Design, implement, and manage ECSC's core programs including the Volunteer Business Advisor: Whole School Leadership and Pamoja Learning Partners programs.
- Co-lead strategic planning, develop evaluation toolkits, and monitor program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee program budgets, coordinate communications, and build community partnerships to expand program reach.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in program management, community development, or related role within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills, with experience using program metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and community engagement.
