DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING

• Design, implement, and manage ECSC's core programs including the Volunteer Business Advisor: Whole School Leadership and Pamoja Learning Partners programs.
• Co-lead strategic planning, develop evaluation toolkits, and monitor program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee program budgets, coordinate communications, and build community partnerships to expand program reach.

This role creates positive change by equipping educators and administrators with strategic skills to strengthen school culture and fiscal outcomes, and by supporting refugee and immigrant students entering the early childhood education workforce through mentorship and community building.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in program management, community development, or related role within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills, with experience using program metrics to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and community engagement.

Part-time (up to 30 hours a week), Exempt. Pay rate: $28-$40 per hour. Benefits include Health Insurance Stipend & 104K option.
