About This Role
As Director of Program Implementation, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality programming across Summer Search’s five regional sites, serving 3,000 participants. Reporting to the Managing Director of Programs, you will collaborate with the National Program Team and regional staff to evolve and scale youth programming.
