Director of Organizing Strategy and Training

• Develop JMA's organizing methodology and standardize coalition and worker assessment practices.
• Lead strategic campaigning to win pro-worker policies and community benefits agreements.
• Create and implement an organizer training program, including curriculum and workshops.
• Coach and support JMA staff in organizing and campaign strategy.

This role advances racial and economic justice by transforming public spending and corporate behavior to create good jobs and healthier communities, particularly for historically marginalized communities.

• At least 10 years of experience in labor, community, and/or coalition organizing.
• At least 5 years supervising organizers and leading campaigns.
• Experience building coalitions across stakeholders and organizing workers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and remotely.

Salary range $108,000 - $138,000 based on location and experience.
