Mission
What you will drive
- Develop JMA's organizing methodology and standardize coalition and worker assessment practices.
- Lead strategic campaigning to win pro-worker policies and community benefits agreements.
- Create and implement an organizer training program, including curriculum and workshops.
- Coach and support JMA staff in organizing and campaign strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 10 years of experience in labor, community, and/or coalition organizing.
- At least 5 years supervising organizers and leading campaigns.
- Experience building coalitions across stakeholders and organizing workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and remotely.

Salary range $108,000 - $138,000 based on location and experience.
