Director of Operations

• Manage and execute Keseb's day-to-day operations, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and oversee logistics for convenings.
• Lead staff recruitment, financial planning, grant management, and system improvements.
• Serve as operations and logistics lead for in-person events, including budgeting, vendor management, and travel coordination.

This role strengthens Keseb's operational capacity, enabling the organization to effectively advance its mission of building democratic resilience and inclusive governance in a global context.

• At least 7 years of relevant operations experience, preferably at a mission-driven organization.
• Proven experience in finance, HR, and event logistics.
• Mastery of Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
