Director of Operations & Finance

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee organizational operations including IT systems, virtual office management, and compliance.
• Manage HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, and recruitment.
• Supervise Operations Manager and Membership & Events Associate.

This role supports immigrant rights and racial justice by ensuring the smooth efficient functioning of a high-impact nonprofit that litigates, educates, and advocates for those harmed by immigration and criminal systems.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, operations, or related area.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, budgeting, financial compliance, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, bill.com, CRM systems (Neon CRM preferred), and financial analysis tools.
