Mission
What you will drive
- Own the firm's marketing strategy, setting priorities and ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and refine messaging frameworks for arts workers, job seekers, and potential clients (CEOs and board members).
- Partner with the CEO to strengthen sales approach, develop sales materials, and equip the team to represent the firm.
- Own conference and events strategy, coordinating participation for business development and field engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 7–8 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in a senior or strategic capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop messaging for nuanced audience segments.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B professional services marketing, understanding long sales cycles and relationship-driven business development.
- Genuine familiarity with or affinity for the arts and culture sector.
