Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy to increase awareness of A4TE’s mission and programs.
- Oversee brand strategy, creative direction, and content creation to ensure consistent, mission-aligned messaging.
- Manage media relations, event marketing, and rapid response communications to amplify A4TE’s visibility.
- Supervise the Marketing department, including hiring, training, and professional development of staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role, ideally in nonprofit or advocacy.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of transgender justice and commitment to racial and economic equity.
