Director of Launch & Operations

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Launch Managers, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Own a portfolio of new launches, ensuring on-time, high-quality service transitions meeting partner expectations and internal KPIs.
• Serve as senior operational counterpart to agency leadership, building trust through change management and transparent reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operational, Commercial, Legal, Product, and Finance teams to ensure high-quality execution.

This role directly transforms public transportation in North American markets, reducing environmental footprint and improving daily commutes for millions of riders.

• Proven leadership experience with 10+ years, ideally combining consulting and operating experience.
• Track record leading high-growth or transformation environments, scaling teams or launching new lines of business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.

Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year plus attractive RSU package. Comprehensive benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching.
