DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY

• Develop and own M4BL's technology strategy, including long-term planning, roadmap development, and change management.
• Serve as a full strategic partner at the Directors' Table, translating technology needs and risks into organizational decision-making.
• Directly supervise M4BL's internal tech team, including the Web Manager and Data Integration Lead, with a coaching and capacity-building orientation.
• Serve as M4BL's primary strategic liaison to the external IT infrastructure partner, ensuring alignment with M4BL's needs and standards.

This role ensures that M4BL's technology infrastructure actively powers its political and advocacy work, building a culture where data and technology are accessible and useful to everyone, thereby advancing the movement for Black liberation.

• Substantial technology leadership experience in movement technology, political organizing, or security-forward nonprofit spaces.
• Familiarity with the culture, pace, and values of movement spaces is required.
• Experience managing external IT vendors or managed service providers.
• Strong track record of supervising and developing technology staff, including early-career team members.

Salary $134,000 - $168,000, with full health benefits for employee and dependents, employer-funded retirement plan, remote work stipend, and generous front loaded time off and sick days.
