Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and implement a comprehensive institutional fundraising strategy for foundation, corporate, and government partnerships.
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward institutional gifts and sponsorships to meet annual fundraising goals.
- Oversee grant proposals, reports, budgets, and compliance; manage grants systems and CRM tracking.
- Support government relations and public funding initiatives, maintaining relationships with elected officials and agencies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, business, marketing, political science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in institutional fundraising, philanthropy, or nonprofit leadership.
- Demonstrated success securing foundation, corporate, and government grants and sponsorships of $10,000+.
- Strong grant writing, CRM (Raiserโs Edge preferred), and strategic thinking skills; experience supervising staff.
