Director of Institutional Partnerships

• Lead and implement a comprehensive institutional fundraising strategy for foundation, corporate, and government partnerships.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward institutional gifts and sponsorships to meet annual fundraising goals.
• Oversee grant proposals, reports, budgets, and compliance; manage grants systems and CRM tracking.
• Support government relations and public funding initiatives, maintaining relationships with elected officials and agencies.

This role directly advances the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy's mission to restore and enhance parks, green spaces, and community programs, creating healthier, more equitable environments for all residents.

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, business, marketing, political science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in institutional fundraising, philanthropy, or nonprofit leadership.
• Demonstrated success securing foundation, corporate, and government grants and sponsorships of $10,000+.
• Strong grant writing, CRM (Raiser’s Edge preferred), and strategic thinking skills; experience supervising staff.
