Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and expand the individual giving program with a focus on major gifts growth, donor strategy, and scalable donor pipeline.
- Manage major donor relationships, including cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and moves management.
- Partner with Executive Director, Board, and volunteer leaders to support fundraising engagement and donor relationships.
- Supervise the Senior Manager of Individual Giving and oversee budget, revenue reporting, and compliance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least six years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising experience, including individual giving strategy and major gifts portfolio management.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders, Board members, and volunteer committees for donor cultivation and solicitation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of major donors through full moves-management cycle.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
