Director of Human Resources

• Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures for all organizational staff.
• Supervise HR department staff and manage payroll functions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Collaborate with executive team on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.

This role ensures a supportive and effective work environment for staff, enabling Gamma Phi Beta to fulfill its mission of building confident women and fostering lifelong friendships.

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, HRIS platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Multi-state HR compliance experience and understanding of PEO relationships.
• Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) plan after one year, and generous paid time off (15 vacation days, sick time, personal days, holidays, plus two weeks winter break).
