Director of Finance

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization and its global entities.
• Oversee organizational systems, workflows, HR functions, and operational infrastructure.
• Manage international operations, compliance, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Board of Directors.

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or senior leadership roles.
• Substantial nonprofit finance experience including audit, grants management, and compliance.
• Experience overseeing operations across multi-entity or multi-state structures and leading HR functions.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and modern operations tooling; strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
