Mission
What you will drive
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization and its global entities.
- Oversee organizational systems, workflows, HR functions, and operational infrastructure.
- Manage international operations, compliance, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or senior leadership roles.
- Substantial nonprofit finance experience including audit, grants management, and compliance.
- Experience overseeing operations across multi-entity or multi-state structures and leading HR functions.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and modern operations tooling; strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
