Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee all accounting, budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Manage payroll, benefits, vendor contracts, and administrative operations.
- Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO, Treasurer, and Board Finance/Audit Committee.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 8 years of financial management experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Passion for democracy, pluralism, and JCPA's values.
