Director of Energy Solutions, West (Remote/Hybrid)

• Oversee and govern the delivery of multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs across the Western region, ensuring achievement of performance goals, contractual deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and develop a regional organization of project managers and senior professionals, establishing clear expectations for performance, collaboration, and accountability.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships aligned with Energy Solutions' energy efficiency and climate goals.
• Represent Energy Solutions as a senior regional leader in key client interactions and industry forums.

This role directly contributes to large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings by overseeing energy efficiency programs that reduce environmental impact and combat climate change.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Twelve or more years of progressive professional experience, including at least five years of people leadership managing multi-generational teams.
• Minimum of five years’ experience leading or overseeing energy efficiency program implementation and growth, preferably within utility-funded or regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading client contract negotiations, renewals, and performance discussions, including accountability for delivery, financial outcomes, and risk mitigation.

Salary range: $145,000 to $180,000 (target $145,000 - $171,000). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
