Director of Development

• Lead and execute all project development efforts in the market from Greenfield to Notice to Proceed for construction.
• Create and manage project schedules and development budgets, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to complete milestones for PPA, interconnection, permitting, site control, and real estate.
• Manage third-party consultants, oversee permitting documents, and prepare project deliverables for executive leadership.

This role directly advances the transition to clean energy by developing utility-scale solar and storage projects, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading renewable development projects from start to finish, with at least 3 years in the defined market.
• Significant project management experience driving utility-scale solar and storage projects from greenfield through Ready to Finance.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value contracts and managing cross-functional relationships.
