Mission
What you will drive
- Lead fundraising strategy and revenue generation, including grants, individual donations, and sponsorships.
- Cultivate and steward donor relationships with cultural humility and accountability.
- Oversee grant writing, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
- Work with finance team on fundraising budgets and provide progress reports to Executive Director and board.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years experience working with Indigenous communities and tribes.
- 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience in the US.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in donor cultivation, campaign management, and CRM systems.
