Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead fundraising strategy and revenue generation, including grants, individual donations, and sponsorships.
  • Cultivate and steward donor relationships with cultural humility and accountability.
  • Oversee grant writing, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.
  • Work with finance team on fundraising budgets and provide progress reports to Executive Director and board.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years experience working with Indigenous communities and tribes.
  • 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in donor cultivation, campaign management, and CRM systems.
