Director of Data Operations & AI Automation

• Lead the development and implementation of data operations strategy to manage large-scale methane and CO2 data pipelines.
• Drive AI automation initiatives to enhance data processing, analysis, and delivery efficiency.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and integration across remote sensing and geospatial datasets.

This role directly enables the detection and quantification of methane and CO2 emissions, empowering decision-makers to prioritize mitigation actions and drive greenhouse gas reductions at scale.

• 10+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in AI/ML automation, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and geospatial data processing.
• Strong background in managing large-scale data pipelines and cross-functional teams.
