What you will drive

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Success Managers and Analysts, owning the entire customer book and gross dollar retention (GDR).
  • Partner with Sales on expansion by spotting growth signals, qualifying pipeline, and planning renewals.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside Amperon, turning feedback into product improvements and modernizing the CS motion with AI tooling.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years managing a Customer Success or Account Management team, owning retention or churn in B2B SaaS or Data-as-a-Service.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to partner with Sales on renewals and expansion.
  • Comfort with data tools (SQL, Python, Snowflake) and fluency using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Executive presence and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
