Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with ECSC's mission and annual goals.
  • Manage all organizational email communications, social media, and brand management to engage diverse audiences.
  • Produce narrative-driven videos and compelling content to build emotional connections with supporters.
  • Plan and execute community events, including the annual ECSC Gala & Fundraiser.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, CRM).
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and video production skills.
