Mission
What you will drive
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements with colleges, universities, and state higher education systems to transform campus culture and climate.
- Own the full consulting arc from building client relationships to driving project content and measuring impact.
- Develop and adapt change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and coordinate across CDI teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to thought leadership, evolve methodologies, and establish CDI's voice in the field of campus culture change.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on culture or climate transformation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple system-wide projects simultaneously.
- Advanced strategic thinking and exceptional communication/facilitation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD or equivalent) required.
