Director of Campus Culture Change

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements with colleges, universities, and state higher education systems to transform campus culture and climate.
• Own the full consulting arc from building client relationships to driving project content and measuring impact.
• Develop and adapt change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and coordinate across CDI teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to thought leadership, evolve methodologies, and establish CDI's voice in the field of campus culture change.

This role directly fosters constructive dialogue and collaboration across differences on college campuses, equipping the next generation with skills to bridge divides and creating lasting organizational change that promotes a healthier civic culture.

• 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on culture or climate transformation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple system-wide projects simultaneously.
• Advanced strategic thinking and exceptional communication/facilitation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD or equivalent) required.
