Mission
What you will drive
- Lead U.S. federal policy strategy for Livestock Enteric Methane Mitigation and Agricultural Nitrogen Transformation programs.
- Develop multi-year policy plans, draft legislative language, and engage with Congressional offices, USDA, EPA, and trade associations.
- Advise on state-level and international policy engagement, and represent Spark in policy convenings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of professional experience in agricultural policy, federal government, or related fields (or 8+ years with a Master's degree).
- Demonstrated track record developing and advancing federal agricultural policy, with strong existing network in agricultural policy circles.
- Excellent writing skills, including drafting legislative language and technical policy memos.
- Ability to translate scientific and technical content into credible policy proposals.
