Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee the development, improvement, and execution of K–12 MLL instructional materials reviews in partnership with content-area review teams.
- Manage and coach MLL Leads, providing clear expectations, professional growth, and performance feedback.
- Lead the development, refinement, and/or piloting of new or revised tools in partnership with the Product (RDI) team.
- Represent EdReports nationally through field engagement, publisher engagement, and thought leadership.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of experience in K–12 education, state departments of education, and/or nonprofit instructional leadership, with significant focus on multilingual learners.
- 3+ years supervising teams, with preference for experience leading multi-layered teams in a start-up, nonprofit, or growing environment.
- Deep expertise in second language acquisition theory and research; strong knowledge of biliteracy frameworks, ELP standards, and state policy landscape.
- Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strategic and project management expertise including managing budgets and consultant networks.

Salary: $102,824 - $139,114 annually.
