Director, Investments Counsel

Provide strategic legal counsel to CZI's investment team on fund structures, transactions, and regulatory matters across public and private investments.
- Lead legal strategy and execution for fund investments, co-investments, and complex transactions across asset classes.
- Develop standardized legal processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with Tax, Finance, Compliance, and external counsel to support integrated investment decision-making.
- Requires 15+ years in investment funds and asset management law with deep alternative investments expertise.
- Requires JD and active bar membership; California bar preferred or willingness to obtain.
