Director, Individual Giving

• Develop and lead a comprehensive individual giving strategy encompassing major gifts, mid-level giving, planned giving, and annual giving to meet revenue goals.
• Manage a personal portfolio of 75–125 major gift donors and prospects, securing five- and six-figure commitments.
• Build and launch a planned giving program, including donor identification and stewardship.
• Partner with senior leadership and board members to advance high-priority donor relationships.

This role directly enables Cure Blindness Project to fund sight-restoring surgeries and eye care systems for underserved populations, helping to eliminate avoidable blindness globally.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with a focus on individual giving, major gifts, or planned giving.
• Proven track record of personally closing five- and six-figure gifts from individual donors.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 75+ major gift donors and meeting annual revenue goals.
