Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and lead a comprehensive individual giving strategy encompassing major gifts, mid-level giving, planned giving, and annual giving to meet revenue goals.
- Manage a personal portfolio of 75–125 major gift donors and prospects, securing five- and six-figure commitments.
- Build and launch a planned giving program, including donor identification and stewardship.
- Partner with senior leadership and board members to advance high-priority donor relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with a focus on individual giving, major gifts, or planned giving.
- Proven track record of personally closing five- and six-figure gifts from individual donors.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Experience managing a portfolio of 75+ major gift donors and meeting annual revenue goals.
