Director, Growth & Strategy

• Lead corporate development opportunities including new business ventures, M&A, strategic partnerships, and capital formation.
• Drive company-wide strategy development and execution, improving operations in alignment with long-term goals.
• Develop and oversee financial models for infrastructure and energy investments, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
• Build buy-in with senior leadership and board through presentations and materials for high-stakes decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA with 3+ years of related experience in strategy, finance, or similar business roles.
• 15+ years of general work experience (or MBA with 3+ years in lieu).
• Exceptional Excel modeling skills and strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with strategy development including market analysis, opportunity identification, and business case evaluation.
