What you will drive
Senior leader directing market-shaping strategies and negotiations to expand access to health commodities in low- and middle-income countries.
- Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team across the US, India, Africa, and Europe on market-shaping program execution and supplier negotiations.
- Develop and execute strategies for pricing agreements, pooled procurement, volume guarantees, and other interventions with pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.
- Build partnerships with country teams, governments, donors, and global health organizations to align stakeholders and strengthen CHAI's market-shaping influence.
- Requires 7+ years in life sciences (pharma/diagnostics) and 5+ years in senior leadership with proven team management and budget responsibility.
- Requires exceptional negotiation, strategic analysis, and communication skills; ability to travel 30–50% across CHAI regions.
