What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead structured assessments of end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation and augmentation
- Apply artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and process intelligence tools to analyze both structured and unstructured data in support of business process redesign
- Define target-state operating models that embed AI-enabled capabilities into core investment, operational, and support functions
- Develop transformation roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria based on impact, feasibility, risk, and change readiness

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, operational excellence, management consulting, or related roles with enterprise-wide scope
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business process reengineering or operating model transformation initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, automation frameworks, and data-driven decision systems
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
