Director, Digital & AI Transformation

Core responsibilities:

• Lead structured assessments of end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation and augmentation
• Apply artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and process intelligence tools to analyze both structured and unstructured data in support of business process redesign
• Define target-state operating models that embed AI-enabled capabilities into core investment, operational, and support functions
• Develop transformation roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria based on impact, feasibility, risk, and change readiness

This role creates positive change by architecting AI-enabled solutions that materially improve efficiency, scalability, and decision quality across Apollo's investment, operational, and corporate functions, expanding opportunity and achieving positive outcomes for clients, businesses, employees, and communities.

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, operational excellence, management consulting, or related roles with enterprise-wide scope
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business process reengineering or operating model transformation initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, automation frameworks, and data-driven decision systems
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary range: $225,000 - $265,000
• Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance
• Compensation ranges based on job function, level, and geographic location
