Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the project development team to achieve goals around solar and storage project development, driving complex deals to closure.
  • Manage team members, providing leadership and mentorship in negotiation, analysis, risk assessment, and business development.
  • Collaborate with Origination, Policy, Engineering, and Structured Finance teams to execute market strategies and secure project revenue.
  • Drive policy and regulation efforts alongside the Policy and Strategy team to execute market-level and legislative priorities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with 2+ years developing in liquid markets.
  • Demonstrated success in developing renewable energy across the project lifecycle.
  • 4-year degree required; MBA or other relevant masterโ€™s degree valued.
  • Deep understanding of policy, regulatory, and competitive dynamics driving revenue and market access.

Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 plus bonus and benefits.
