Director, Data Integrations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data integration and migration.
• Assess existing integration points and optimize them for maximum data capture and integrity.
• Identify opportunities for additional integrations and collaborate with teams to execute them.
• Support database conversion and migration projects as the Data Mapping lead.

This role directly supports Covenant House's mission to end youth homelessness by enabling seamless data integration, ensuring critical data is accessible to serve more young people experiencing homelessness.

• Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections, with at least 3 years in non-profit technology stacks housing donor and donation data.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data within database conversion projects.
• Proficiency in data investigation, data integrity practices, and data quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
