Role details
Strategic data leader defining enterprise data strategy, modernizing cloud-native architecture, and leading integration across complex multi-system environments.
- Define and execute enterprise data and integration strategy, roadmap, and Snowflake-based platform modernization.
- Establish API-first, event-driven integration patterns across CRM, Finance, HCM, Marketing, and Fundraising systems.
- Advance data governance, quality, metadata management, and embed privacy and security into architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and develop data and integration team while partnering across IT and business functions.
- Requires 10+ years data engineering, enterprise integration, or data architecture experience; Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python proficiency essential.
