Mission
What you will drive
- Lead climate-related projects including grant-making strategies, philanthropic funder collaboratives, and climate policy analysis.
- Develop and win new engagements from new and existing clients, building relationships and growing the firm's portfolio.
- Serve as engagement manager, leading project design and execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing teams.
- Support junior colleagues' growth through mentorship and management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 20+ years of related work experience, with 10+ years working on climate solutions.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: food systems, sustainable agriculture, nature-based solutions, land-use issues; working competency in multiple other climate sectors.
- Proven history of developing and winning new client work, with an exceptional professional network in philanthropy and NGOs.
- Exceptional writing, research, and project management skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional annual performance bonus, revenue sharing, and bonuses for exceeding billable-hour targets. CEA contributes 3% of total compensation to retirement plans. Annual raises typically at or above COLA. Total target compensation in high $100,000s to $200,000s.
