What you will drive

  • Lead Shatterproof's multi-channel direct response strategy across email, SMS, and paid media to drive revenue, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee lifecycle communications, paid acquisition, and storytelling as a unified growth engine.
  • Manage financial operations, vendor relationships, and team mentorship for the direct response program.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8–10 years of experience in digital fundraising, direct response, or CRM-based marketing, ideally in a nonprofit or cause-driven organization.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.) and experience with HTML, AMPScript, SQL, and CRM integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel digital campaigns (email, SMS, paid social) and lead teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data visualization and KPI tracking.
