Mission
What you will drive
- Provide high-quality, face-to-face technical support to colleagues at the London office, resolving incidents and service requests for Windows/macOS devices, Microsoft 365, printers, network connectivity, and AV systems.
- Manage device provisioning and lifecycle activities (joiners, movers, leavers) including laptop builds, deployments, and secure equipment handling.
- Support meeting room technology and audio-visual systems, conduct pre-meeting checks, and troubleshoot live issues.
- Log, prioritize, and escalate tickets in the service management tool, maintaining accurate records and adhering to SLAs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit

- Experience with meeting room technology and audio-visual conferencing solutions (e.g., Teams Meeting Rooms).
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills for face-to-face support.
